We`re a successful international mobile catering with an impressive portfolio of clients. We have a new position open up to come and support our accounts team.
Duties in your new role:
-Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
-Managing petty cash
-Working with sales / purchase ledger
-Preparation of accounts
-Ensuring sales orders are processed
-Ensuring purchase orders are processed
-Managing food allowance for events
-managing float for events
-Reconciliation of finance accounts
-Processing invoices & expense forms
-Following and using Accounts systems
-Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels
-Sitting in on the weekly events meeting
-Ensuring payroll spreadsheet is up to date
-Ensuring all Invoicing is done for all events post event
-Ensuring down payment invoices have been sent out prior to events
-Managing client account portals
-Handling client queries regarding statements
-Ensuring PO's are created and followed up on if missing
Suitable candidates will be AAT or part ACCA qualified.
This is a full time role Mon-Fri 9-5:30
