Job Description

I am looking for an individual who is a part qualified or fully qualified secretary, currently undertaking the ICSA Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS), to join a rapidly expanding firm. My client is one of the UK`s leading formation agents who help thousands from all over the world form UK registered companies every year. Expertise/ Knowledge Required

o Completed at least 4 modules of the ICSA Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS)
o Background of carrying out transfers of shares, issues of shares, apostilled documents, company name changes, company dissolutions, director appointments and resignations, certificates of good standing, and the filing of dormant company accounts
o Have worked in a role with a large element of written communications to customers
o Have worked in a busy and fast paced environment
