Job Description

A fantastic e-commerce business, based in Cardiff, is looking for a Senior Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. This fantastic organisation has grown from strength to strength and now boasts an established & growing team in Cardiff.

Our client is looking for an energetic individual with outstanding communication skills to keep in constant communication with the whole company and be ultra organised and on the really on the ball to tackle a very busy workload!. You will need to have a solid administration/secretarial background with superb IT skills.

Duties include:
- Maintaining Company Contacts
- Invoicing and Financial organising
- Filing hard and soft copies of documents
- Relaying Communication and Follow ups
- General Scheduling and Meetings
- Ad hoc requests - research, ordering supplies etc.
- Keeping renewals, payments etc up to date
