Company/Commercial Lawyer - Part-Time - Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury or Fordingbridge offices
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced company/commercial lawyer.
The job is suitable for a solicitor or a very experienced legal executive with genuine ability.

The successful candidate
The right candidate will have
" at least 4 years' solid experience of non-contentious commercial work
" great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
" good organisational, time management and IT skills
" the ability to multi-task under pressure
" a keen eye for detail
" the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
" excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
" a history of strong billing
" a desire and the ability to help in the growth of our commercial
In addition, a useful, but not essential, attribute would be the ability to handle employment work.

Our position
We are a successful mid-sized and growing law firm. However much of our existing work is for private clients. However, it is clear that there is considerable scope to grow our work for business clients. So, we are looking for someone to work with Senior Partner, and our marketing team to help grow our business law work.

Building a job around you
To a certain extent, we are happy to build the job around the needs and requirements of the successful candidate - but we anticipate that it could involve flexible working, and regular working from home - but to make the job work, we expect the successful candidate will, sometimes, also need to work at one of our offices.

Location
At any one of our 4 branch offices - Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury and Fordingbridge.
Part-time
Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to work for a total of three days a week. That can either be three fixed days or spread throughout the working week.
