Job Description

i am currently working on a role for my well established client in Stockton for a complaints handler

The duties will include:

Investigating and handling of client queries and complaints and providing both verbal and written responses following a thorough investigation and liaising with clients on the telephone
Liaising with the wider operations team and other departments to ensure that a full and comprehensive investigation is completed ensuring the root cause is identified
Taking an active role in ensuring that feedback is being passed on to team leaders and managers to ensure that any gaps in training are identified and addressed
Ensuring client needs are met and that their complaint is fully understood and resolved in order to maintain strong relationships
Producing written conclusions to all complaints in a timely manner

Hours Monday to Friday 9.00 till 5.00

Pay £20000.
