A rapidly expanding exciting business is looking to recruit a Complaints Handler as it continues to grow. Working in a highly progressive business environment, you will be part of a dynamic team of Complaints Handlers. The company have built a reputation for building strong relationships with car dealer ships as well as creating a supportive, high energy environment for its employees.

Duties:
Consumer dispute resolution via mediation between consumer and retailer
Problem Solving
Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Composing emails responding to complaints
Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction
Compiling reports on trends

Skills required:
Assertive, Good at Problem Solving and Empathetic
Strong communication and negotiating skills
Professional telephone manner
Attention to detail
Strong organisational skills

Your package:
Hours of Work - 20 per week (plus 15 mins unpaid break) - Any hours between 10am - 5:30pm - Same working hours Mon-Fri
Holiday entitlement - 24 days per year plus bank holidays
