Job Description

I have a great opportunity for a complaints administrator to work within the NHS. This is a temporary booking working Monday - Friday 37 hours a week which is expected to run until the end of November with a possibility of being extended.

This vacancy is located on the outskirts of Chelmsford working in a small contact centre environment.

The position is working within a team who handle complaints from patients and members of the public. The main aspect of the role will be answering compliant calls and having your own case load of enquires to manage, work through, resolve and escalate if necessary. Other general administration duties will be required such as typing reports, scanning and filing. You will need to have a good level of MS office experience, work well in a team and be prepared to work under pressure.

The successful applicant will have some experience of working in an office environment however previous NHS experience is not necessary although it would be advantageous. You will need to have good listening/communication skills, be able to speak to members of the public confidently and work professionally at all times.

You will be paid £10.83p/h for the first 12 weeks which will then increase to £12.38p/h which is paid weekly. This is a Monday-Friday role working office hours.
