Job Description

My client is currently looking for somebody to provide Administrative support to their Complaints department. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Sorting and distributing mail.
Photocopying, filing or proof-reading data.
Answering telephone calls and making calls to practices; relaying messages and signposting.
Data input.

The client is looking for somebody who has previous experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You must be able to offer empathy and reassurance as required.

This is a full-time post, requiring you to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You will be paid £9.28ph for the first 12 weeks of the assignment, and then this will rise to £10.79ph as of your 13th week of work. The role is currently predicted to last until May 2020 but may possibly extend with business needs.
