This vibrant office is looking to recruit a temporary Complaints Administrator to join their busy team starting ASAP.
The Patient Complaints Advisor plays a vital role within the Quality Team, providing a key point of contact for complainants, staff and external stakeholders.
The Patient Advisor will develop good working relationships with complainants, providing them with clear support and guidance as needed, and facilitate handling of their complaint/concern or enquiry to ensure that their questions and concerns are adequately addressed.
Some of your day to day duties will include:
- Communicate with complainants either face to face, by phone or email to formulate an action plan and discuss the handling of their complaint
- Support staff and review responses to ensure they cover all aspects of the original complaint
- Assess the most appropriate approach to the solution through negotiation with the complainant and staff involved using knowledge of the structures and operational procedures whilst aiming to achieve a timely resolution
You must be able to communicate with people at all levels confidently and you will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
For this role you will also need excellent administrative skills and be process driven. You will have great inter personal skills, empathy and the ability to problem solve.
You will need a full checkable history for this position.
You will be available ASAP, be of smart appearance and possess a can do attitude.
This company are offering a very competitive rate of £10.83 - £14.08 ph depending on your background.
The hours are very flexible and they can be accomodating for the right person.
