Job Description

Role: Customer Relations Co-ordinator
Hours: shifts between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

Have you previously worked in complaints and are now looking for a new opportunity?

If you have then this could be a really great new opportunity for you. We are looking for someone with previous complaints experience to work in a busy customer relations role speaking to policy holders. You will be responsible for building rapport with policy holders, dealing with complaints and managing a portfolio of claims. This will include monitoring the claims inbox, reviewing complaints, responding to clients requests for complaints updates and supporting the team with background research. You will need to be extremely confident on the phone and a really fast worker.
