Job Description

Role: Customer Relationship Representative (6 month fixed-term contract)
Location: Brighton
Salary: £20,000 - £22,500
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Are you a good listener, a real people person and passionate about delivering good customer service?

We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service experience to work in a fast paced and busy team in the centre of Brighton. You will be putting customers at the heart of everything you do by understanding and helping with any concerns they might have including:
- Responding to complaints
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customers experience
- Producing reports, analysis and recommendations
- Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
