Job Description

We have a new opportunity available, for a Complaints Handler, located in Stansted Abbots. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company.

This is offering an annual salary of £20'000, plus benefits such as holiday, pension, a training plan and a great work environment.

Due to company growth we are seeking a Complaints Handler, with proven history of complaint handling and confidence to manage multiple complaints at one time and dealing with mediation and have good understanding of the Customer Rights Act 2015.

For this role you will need excellent communication, both written and verbal. As you will review and respond to complaints received following new acquisitions and product development. You will manage processes and contracts with third parties and internal departments.
