Brook Street is seeking an experienced complaint handler/writer to join a professional and dynamic team.

THE ROLE

  • Dealing with debtor/client complaints
  • investigating and responding to correspondence
  • Gather evidence from various sources and liaise with different departments to investigate and assess queries

THE CANDIDATE

  • Experience in handling complaints
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
