Complaints Handler

Competitive salary with increase after passing of 6-month probation.

Hours between 8-8 Monday - Friday (1 in 4 Saturdays)

My client based on the outskirts of Coventry are looking for complaints handlers to join their team. Working with the team, managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner considering the customer journey at all times.

A strong understanding of Microsoft packages is advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring the customer has a clear understanding of the complaint process
- Acknowledge complaints promptly and respond within the time frames set
- Keeping the customer always informed on the process of their complaint
- Making fair and impartial decision on the complaint line with investigation finding and following the company and regulatory frameworks
