Job Description

Brook Street is currently working with a Financial company who pride themselves on helping people find affordable loans.

Based in central Southampton and close to bus and rail links.

Experience required:
- Customer service
- Complaints Handling
- Call centre


The ideal candidate will have worked in a complaints handling role and either come from an FCA or a regulated company.

Salary offered is up to £25,000.00 per annum depending on experience.
