Job Title - Customer Care (Complaints team)
Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
Pay - £20,000 per annum (£9.62 per hour)
Contract - Permanent or Temp to perm
Start date - ASAP
This is working for a HIGH-END RETAILER! Who are looking to expand their customer service team immediately.
What you will be responsible for;
- Dealing with complaints
- Ensuring complaints are resolved efficiently
- Emailing the customers
- Closing the complaints
- Handling any Customer queries
- Managing all basic administration duties
- Delivering a high service at all times
What our client is looking for in you;
A proven track record of customer service & complaint handling is essential. Having experience with complex complaints and resolving these complaints would be an advantage. You will need to have great customer service experience, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good IT skills and the ability to work independently.
