Job Description

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working on behalf of Education Authority Northern Ireland to secure a Complaints Management Officer.

The successful candidate will work within the Complaints Management function to lead a team of staff with responsibility for the effective delivery of services related to managing complaints as part of a modern and customer-focused service.

One of the primary tasks will be to assist in the development of an effective Complaints Management Framework which includes agreed organisational standards and a best practice approach to logging and the management of complaints in line with guidance from the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman.

Our client envisages that the Complaints Management Officer will be in this role for six months. The rate of pay is £20.68 per hour, the days of work are Monday to Friday, and the hours worked each week will be 36.
