Job Description

Brook Street has a unique opportunity to join an established and leading Public Sector department as a Complaints Manager to assist with incoming complaints relating to service & delivery.

We are looking for somebody with the following experience & skills:

  • Complaints management experience
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Public sector experience
  • Written correspondence writing skills

It is essential the successful candidate is degree educated and has public sector experience.
