Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a Government body as a Complaints Officer for 6 months on a temporary basis. The role will be based in Victoria (London).
The hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5. The pay rate will be £13.74 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
" Dealing with questions, queries and complaints over the phone regularly
" Record, log and track complaints and responses to complaints and escalate to relevant teams for resolution
" Assist with first point of contact services for day to day issues across all delivery channels
" Assist with investigation and diagnosis of all incidents in order to implement rapid service recovery
" Assist with escalation of issues and liaison with the relevant teams to provide swift resolution to operational incidents
" Assist in root cause analysis to identify and embed lessons learned into existing processes as part of continuous improvement.
Skills:
" Customer service
" Good communicator, organised and self-motivated and where possible working remotely
" Experience in telephone helpdesk and contact center environment
" Experience of working between Internal departments
" Experience of working with suppliers
" Experience with Microsoft products.
" Experience working in a fast past environment
