Job Description

Location: Gloucester (GL3) - Office based role
Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour
Duration: 8 weeks

An opportunity has arisen to join a Complaints Team in Gloucester for our Public Sector client. This post is available as a fixed term appointment to cover absence, initially for 8 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Manage complaints across the south of the business
- Work alongside regional teams and customer contact centre colleagues
- Ensure all complaints are investigated and responded to within specified timescales
- Provide responsive, high quality service

Person Specification:
- Experience in complaints
- Able to work at accurately at pace
- Confident decision maker
- Excellent written and verbal communication

The full time position will be office based at Sanger House in Gloucester

A basic disclosure and three years referencing will be required for this role
