Job Description

We are looking for a compliance administrator to join the public sector team based within the Nottingham Branch. We are a small lively team working in a modern open plan environment and are based in the city centre on good transport links.

The role is fixed term initially for a 6 month period with the potential to be extended, working Monday to Friday 08.45-17.30

As a compliance administrator you will required to

Ensure Company, client and legislative requirements are adhered to
Maintain and control accurate data using legislative and company systems
Ensure an effective and secure system for all information/data including paper based documents
Complying with the Company's business ethics and standards of excellence

Day to day duties will include
Processing references including obtaining contact details for referees, Requesting references and upon return checking the dates and amending if needed, ensuring the reference is satisfactory, adding to online and paper file, following up any more info needed with the referee
Ensuring applicant details are recorded correctly on our database
Ensuring we have been provided with suitable candidate ID Documents and ensuring they are added to files as per processes
Processing holiday requests
Dealing with queries from candidates, our compliance team
Updating clients and candidates of the compliance progress
Processing DBS Applications
Complying with GDPR
General administration or customer service support to the team as required

You will be expected to work to reasonable targets and to company/client required Service Level Agreements

We require the following skills

Good IT Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Customer service skills

The starting Salary is between £17k and £18k per anum, benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme
