Job Description

My client who are a firmly established recruitment agency ,leaders in their field and celebrating over 70 years within the recruitment industry are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator .You will be joining the Head Office based in Luton.

The role will involve checking the compliance for temporary members of staff going to ensure that all the relevant documentation is present and correct. You will be liaising with branches across the UK and with clients.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record within administration, you will have an eye for detail, be organised and have excellent communication skills.Ideally you will have an auditing background and worked within the recruitment sector however this is preferable and not a must.

Company benefits include 22 days holiday rising with length of service, hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Pension and Bupa after 6 months probation, successful company, excellent training with ongoing development and career opportunities.
The salary is £18500 rising to £19K after successful probation.
