Day to day duties in this role include:
Keeping all compliance logs up to date.
Carrying out the correct transactional processes and doing additional customer checks.
Performing the correct procedures i.e. screening, address verification and specific member details.
Delivering compliance training courses across the business.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experiences:
Ability to research topics independently and keep up to date with changes to processes and legislation.
IT literate based on different data systems and sources of information that will be utilised regularly.
Able to use your own judgement when making good recommendations that can be justified.
Good attention to detail daily.
Although not an essential, it would be desirable for the right candidate to have graduate ability or to be working towards a financial qualification (pensions or equivalent to this).
