Our client - a Lloyds market Underwriters - is recruiting for an experienced Compliance Analyst to support their Private Capital Members team

It is essential that you have at least 3 years in a Compliance role in the Lloyds Insurance market and if you have a Law degree and maybe have a little Legal experience too - that would be great as you will get involved with some legal mediation

Your main responsibilities will be to provide effective support to the Risk Management and Compliance Division on the day to day compliance and corporate governance activities of Private Capital team and the Syndicate Management team

Whilst the role is predominantly involved in Private Clients business, you will assist as required with any aspects of the Group Risk Management and Compliance Function across the business

This is a small but closely knit team and you will be able to work autonomously with the back- up of having a manager who is the font of all Compliance knowledge

You will have your own responsibilities and will be accountable for your work and will also receive credit for your successes.
Therefore you need to be able to work on your own initiative with limited supervision


You will need to have very strong communication skills as you will be working closely across the business with various stakeholders.
