Job Description

BS Social Care are proud to be working alongside a leading health and social care provider who are looking for a compliance officer.

This is a full time permanent role and the organisation is looking for somebody who is looking to build a career. uniquely, this is an employee owned organisation and longevity of service is in turn rewarded with more shares in the organisation alongside a very attractive salary. The role is wholly compliance based. You will liaise with the front line and management staff but will have no responsibilities for the service delivery. You will be aware of both organisational and CQC protocols and practices.

You will have knowledge of both compliance and health and social care and will be able to evidence this. Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams, you will have knowledge of the different challenges health and social care give.

A minimum of a level 4 in a relevant field is essential. You will be put through training and courses for personal development.

The salary is fixed at very competitive £33000 but, as mentioned, professional development and progression is positively encouraged in this organisation.
