Job Description

This is a newly created role for our client who have set up a new investment fund as part of their wider business ( are a very high profile pension provider). They are currently going through the process of gaining FCA accreditation

They are looking for someone to act as the 2nd line of defence handing all compliance issues.

This is an outward facing role - and you will be communicating with the wider business to talk about developments and what impact this will have on the project - so outstanding communication skills are key!!

You will need the following;
Strong compliance experience within Investment Banking or Fund Management ( or similar)
Good level of understanding of the requirements affecting Fund management and Dealing
MIFID 2 experience

They are looking for 2-3 years experience in a similar compliance role - you will have a good eye for detail and also have a confident approach at dealing at all levels
