Our city centre client based is currently looking for five Compliance Operations Administrators to join their busy head office compliance team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You`ll be joining a busy department, dedicated to resolving customer queries and complaints working towards stringent deadlines. A day in the life of the role will entail:
- Receiving all email and letter correspondence for the compliance department, ensuring all documentation is scanned, recorded and allocated correctly across several systems.
- Liaising directly with customers and third parties with regards to redress, via phone email and letter.
- Investigating and running reports, providing information to customers and third parties. Calculating redress.
- Assisting the wider compliance team with any additional administrative tasks such as subject access requests, ad-hoc reporting, excel database data entry, filing, mail sorting etc.
We`re looking for candidates with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills. Alongside this you must also display strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our client work towards TCF and FCA principles, experience in this field would be beneficial.
