Compliance Review Officer - Mortgages
Full time, permanent
Based in Enderby, Leicester
£18,000 - £25,000

Due to expansion and growth a new position has opened in the compliance department as a Compliance Review Officer for a company that have an excellent foothold in the mortgage industry.

The business works closely with the FCA and they are looking to expand their friendly established team.

The main purpose of the job is to assess client files to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Overall responsibilities -
To provide compliant guidance and support to staff and appointed representatives.
To instruct and coach members to improve risk assessment ratings.
Accurately record any findings and corrective activity.
Produce reports and maintain records of such analysis as specified by the Internal Compliance Manager/Compliance Director.

The ideal candidate will have to be able to demonstrate a suitable level of industry knowledge and experience to conduct the role.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Applications.
The ability to facilitate and deliver appropriate training, liaising with the training manager where necessary.

Have a minimum 2 years of experience within the mortgage industry.
Qualified in CeMAP or willing to work towards gaining the qualification.
