Job Description

Are you looking for your next role in Corporate Compliance with some Co Sec duties too within a FCA regulated environment? - then this may be the perfect role for you!!

Working for a Lloyds Insurance Market Brokers you will be working alongside the Compliance Manager assisting with day to day Corporate Compliance as well as carrying out some Co Sec duties too - such as creating board packs - attending and minuting board meetings etc

Our client is looking for someone with a couple of years Compliance/Co Sec experience Admin experience in an FCA regulated environment ( ideally insurance but this is flexible)

This role will offer you the opportunity to really get involved in all aspects of their compliance as it is just you and the Compliance Manager so you will have lots of opportunity to learn and enhance your experience- as well as this you will be able to use your basic Co Sec experience too - as they need you to collate and create their board packs - arrange the board meetings and take minutes

You will need to be a strong communicator, be very organised and be able to multi-task and work to deadlines.


They are offering a competitive salary of £35000 - £40000
