Job Description

This is a temporary 6-month contract position.

Currently there are four members of the KYC team, due to expansion this role will involve assisting new companies within the Group to ensure they meet the current payment authorisation procedure.

Purpose of the Role:

Main focus of the role will involve ensuring bank details obtained from external parties are appropriately verified in line with procedure. This is achieved by independently searching for a phone number for that company and calling to corroborate the information received.

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Working within the KYC Team to support the business in completing bank details verifications, in accordance with internal processes.
  • Reviewing records and identifying existing accounts that require amendment or verification.
  • Arranging internal approvals and assisting with urgent payment requests.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in compliance/KYC is essential.
  • Insurance experience would be preferable, but not essential.

Person Specification:

  • Being highly organised is essential.
  • Confident with phoning clients and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as part of a small team.
