Permanent - Free Parking - Monday to Thurs 8am to 4.30pm and on a Friday you finish at 1pm - fantastic early finish!

This fantastic opportunity is available due to progression within the team. We are looking for someone who wants to step up into a Team Leader/Supervisory position. You will be managing a friendly team of 8 across an assembly line within a coin manufacturing company.

Your role will be to organise yourself and your team to Compliance Test products to ensure they Comply with companies product specification and functionality requirements, and ensuring requirements of safety, quality and delivery are met at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:
"Schedule and monitor activities of the team to ensure test procedures are adhered to and Testing is performed in a timely but controlled manner.
"From understanding any gaps that have occurred in test daily performance, work with the Engineers, Technicians and Associates to investigate and understand any quality issues that have occurred in the testing.
"Update the test performance records and support the Engineers and Technicians in producing clear and concise information.
"Liaison with other personnel and departments where necessary.
