Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a Forensic Collision Investigator on behalf of Northampton Police based at their Headquarters in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be attending serious injury and fatal collision scenes, preserving the scene from contamination in order to examine articles and detect marks on road surfaces and vehicles to give an opinion as to the cause(s) of the collision.

This is a full time position for an initial contract of 12 months, working on a 7 days on / 4 days off and 6 days on 6 days off rota basis, in addition to being on the on-call rota.

The hourly pay rate is between £14.05 and £15.39 dependent on experience. Shift and on-call allowances will be paid on top of this rate.
