Brook Street are looking to recruit a On-site/Deliverly Manager for a architect-led design and build company in the Highlands. This is a construction project management role.
Main responsibilities will be to manage all on-site construction, assembly, external and internal finishing works activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively and efficiently, and on time, budget and quality - this includes all associated work planning, programming, resource management, quality management, procurement and reporting to colleagues and clients.
The right candidate will have experience in residential housing or timber building, construction management and a valid SMSTS, Black CSCS card or equivalent HSEQ qualifications.
