Construction Site Manager

£30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

The Company:

This well renowned Company is looking to recruit a Construction Site Manager to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services.

The role:

1) Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget
2) Work on a wide variety of projects
3) Negotiating sub-contract orders and monitoring sub-contractors
4) Planning critical dates and organising labour
5) Responsibility of commercial value and reporting the productivity and programming to the Directors
