Job Title: Consultant Engineer
Salary: 35,000 -40,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Location: home based, travel is essential
We are looking for a consultant engineer on behalf of our client to work in their energy efficiency and compliance team.The ideal candidate will be degree level qualified and have experience in working in a similar position. Main activities include management of SECR, ESOS and Climate Change Agreement projects

Qualifications

-Membership of professional body eg CIBSE, EI etc
-Chartered Energy Manager or Registered Professional Energy Consultant
-Engineering Degree or equivalent
-Incorporated or Chartered Engineer
-CIBSE LCEA and or LCC registered
-DEC qualified
-TM44 qualified
-Commercial EPC qualified
-ESOS Lead Assessor registered

Experience - Desirable

-SECR & Green House Gas Reporting
-Energy surveys, commercial and industrial
-Operation of BEMS
Strong building services knowledge
-Electrical data logging (3 phase)
-M & T software
-CCA contract management
-ESOS project management
-Air conditioning systems - operation, maintenance and/or inspection of
-Knowledge of heat metering requirements
