My Public Sector Client based on the Hagley Road in Birmingham, is looking for Contact Centre Advisors to work in their Contact Centre to support the Probate Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm, 37.00 hours a week.
Applicants must have inbound contact centre experience of dealing with queries from members of the public which can range from sign posting to queries that are more difficult and sensitive in nature. You will have one weeks training followed by their Academy training.
This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, funded by yourself initially, but reimbursed within 4 to 6 weeks on assignment. The start date is 11th January 2021 so please ONLY apply if you are able to commit to starting on this date. Due to the Christmas and New Year period referencing and clearances will take longer to complete.
This role is paying minimum wage for under 25s or £8.87 for those over 25. After 12 working weeks this will rise to £10.32 for all workers.
