Job Description

Our Client, NHS England are looking for proactive and passionate candidates to support them in providing primary care services and supporting an increase in Covid related enquiries. The role is currently remote but involves some in office training.

Are you passionate about helping others and do you want to make a difference to patients? Have you got a strong customer service background with an ability to work under pressure? If you have worked in a customer service role or have transferable skills then we will provide full and ongoing training.

In addition to the above the following is required from you:
- Able to work full time shifts of 37.5 hours a week between 8-6, or part time hours between 10:00-3:00.
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as excellent spelling and grammatical awareness
