Job Description

We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join this progressive household name in the Watford area. A full training schedule is provided. If this sounds like the role for you then read on.

Initially you will be working from home so good internet service required, however you will be expected to work from the Watford Office when it is appropriate to do so. If you would prefer to work from the office this could possibly be arranged. You will need to be able to attend the site on the 20th at 9:30am sharp to collect your equipment and present your ID.
You don`t have to have worked in a call centre before but you must have excellent communication skills and have a passion for helping people. Whilst full training is given you must have good keyboard skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
You will be taking high volume inbound calls from both members of the public and retailers The contact centre is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays and you will be need to be flexible with shifts as they are on a rota basis committing to a 37 hour week.
