Brook Street are currently seeking to find someone who can join a very well loved and fast expanding client in the Chesterfield area. You will be a vital asset to the client to aid in the day to day running and action of calls received in their contact centre.

You will be provided with all the training necessary to complete your daily tasks within this client.
What will be my day to day
You will work 35 hours a week over 7 days to assist the client with any inbound calls they receive from public and staff all over the UK.
Within this role your daily tasks will be as follows:
- Talk with members of the public and other staff members
- Action any telephone queries as effortlessly as possible
- Gather data via telephone and find a resolution for this
- Use Word, Excel and client specific software's
