Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to work for a government client based in Exeter.
Main duties include:
-Receive, record and resolve queries where possible
-Route and monitor support / service requests including additional administrative duties across the wider team as required
-Continuously prioritise and re-prioritise the daily workload to accommodate unexpected urgent data requests and working to conflicting deadlines
-Input data accurately and identifying errors or inconsistencies in numerical, personal data or financial data
Skills and experience required:
-Manage own workload completing tasks that have been delegated by line manager or others
-Knowledge of Call Centre Systems
-Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
-Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Working within a continuous Improvement Culture
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £11.20 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 19/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
