Contact Centre Advisor

Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to work for a government client based in Exeter.

Main duties include:
-Receive, record and resolve queries where possible

-Route and monitor support / service requests including additional administrative duties across the wider team as required

Continuously prioritise and re-prioritise the daily workload to accommodate unexpected urgent data requests and working to conflicting deadlines

-Plan meetings and seminars in advance with external customers and producing minutes

-Input data accurately and identifying errors or inconsistencies in numerical, personal data or financial data

-Supporting specific business functions or processes with automated applications

Skills and experience required:

-Manage own workload completing tasks that have been delegated by line manager or others
-Proven ability to support specific business functions or processes with automated applications
-Knowledge of Call Centre Systems
-Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
-Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Working within a continuous Improvement Culture
-Knowledge of Project Support/ Management

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.

Rate of pay is £11.20 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 29/01/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
