Job Description
Job title: Contact Centre Advisor
Hours: 5 days over 7, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The weekly shifts are divided by the team with the working hours 6am - 7.15pm week days and 9am - 5pm weekend.
Location: Worcester
My client is a vibrant and modern IT company located in Worcester. They are currently looking for professional Contact Centre Advisors to join their ever-growing call centre customer service team, providing help and support whilst looking for addition sales opportunities. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Contact Centre Advisor responsibilities:
" Working in a target driven contact centre with a strong sales culture, identifying cross selling opportunities
" Log all enquiries and ensure the system is kept up to date and problems are resolved
" Providing exceptional customer service to all callers
" Technical troubleshooting on products
" Hitting individual sales targets
Contact Centre Advisor desired Skills and Experience:
" Exceptional communication and customer service skills
" Previous call centre or telephone experience preferred
" Excellent problem solving ability
" Sales experience, face to face or on the phone
" A natural confidence for delivering customer support
The Contact Centre Advisor position offers a competitive basic salary of 18K plus additional company benefits.
