Job Description
Sector: Public Sector (Part of the NHS) - Temporary ongoing
Working Hours: Full time and Part time opportunities available
Pay Rate: £11.53 per hour
Location: Redditch - Work from home opportunities
Opportunity to complete training and work from home. If successful, you will be required to attend site to connect to company domain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from the public and assist with queries
- Redirect customers to correct primary care service in community
- Take complaint calls from the public
- Provide customer support via email and manage shared inboxes
Person Specification:
- Proven contact centre experience
- Being resilient
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as spelling and grammatical awareness
