Brook Street needs your expertise in Customer Service to work for a growing Charity based near Wansford.

We are searching for experienced call handlers to join a passionate business that can offer flexibility, and a calm pleasant place to work where quality of calls is desired over quantity.

This is a 12-week temporary contract.

£10 per hour, 31 hours per week

Ideally, you will be highly experienced in customer service; be able to demonstrate experience of developing great relationships and repour with customers.

You will have experience in a call centre background and a strong understanding of how to deal with objections.

This is an exciting role for a proactive, self-motivated individual who is able to manage there own daily tasks effectively.
