Job Description

Fantastic team in Hemel requires a Customer Service Advisor for a minimum of 3-6 Months.

Lively and stylish contact centre in Hemel Hempstead needs you ASAP to be part of a brand-new team.

This is an ongoing, long term booking, and you must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.

With your confidence, excellent telephone manner and willingness to learn new skills, this could be the role for you.

There is no sales and no outbound calling involved - this is an inbound role only!

The role starts at £8.91ph and rises after 12 completed weeks.

It is working in my clients contact centre team for 5 out of 7 days a week, which does include some weekends NOT EVERY and the opening times are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on a Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours a day with an unpaid hour for lunch.

You will have a working knowledge of computers, be familiar with emailing and be available from the middle of August!

Full training will be provided, and you will work in this fabulous modern environment and really become part of a team.
