Job Description

Our fun loving Hemel based call centre is looking for a number of agents to join their lively and stylish team.

With your confidence, excellent telephone manner and willingness to learn new skills, this could be the role for you.

The role is paying between £18,000 - £19,000 and is a permanent full time role working 35 hours a week. The opening times are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on a Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours a day and you will be expected to work weekends which would be one every 2-3 weeks (one day per weekend not a whole weekend)

You will have a working knowledge of computers, be familiar with emailing and be confident on the phone speaking with members of the public and have great customer service skills.

Full training will be provided, and you will work in this fabulous modern environment and really become part of a team.

Initially, the role will be remote working where you will be provided with the IT equipment required and training will be remotely over teams, where you will have a dedicated trainer to get you ready to go on the lines. They are looking at a blended model of working from home and office so once this is put into place, you will be expected to work from the office.
