Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICES/INBOUND CALL CENTRE TEMP ROLE - Start date 19th October

Are you outgoing, friendly, enjoy speaking to people?


This household name based in Watford are looking to add to their Customer Service Call Centre team on a temporary basis to help handling inbound calls, within a lively environment, where they celebrate successes and pride themselves on their teamwork ethic. must have strong communication skills and possess excellent IT skills with a passion for problem solving.


This role is working in a fast paced environment where you will be taking inbound calls from customers, who will have an abundance of queries including resetting passwords, changing personal details and checking product accuracy.
This is a problem solving role and doesn't involve complaint handling in anyway. The targets focus on customer service levels rather than the quantity of calls taken.


The role is a 37 hour working week between the hours of 8am and 8pm including some weekends. Ideally you need to be a car driver due to location and working hours.


In return the company offer a very competitive hourly rate of £9.00 per hour as well as free on-site parking, subsidised restaurant while having a relaxed dress code and a break out area with foosball table, sofas and table tennis.
