Are you looking for a new opportunity!? Brook Street have the pleasure of representing a fantastic client in Huntington

Brook Street are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our clients enthusiastic call centre team. The right candidate needs to ensure the highest standards of customer service is consistently delivered, You are people focused, committed and have a positive attitude. You must have Customer Service experience within a Call Centre

Responsibilities:



  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department



  • Giving information and helping to solve customer queries



  • Selling products and taking orders



  • Replying to email enquiries



  • Liaise with sales team and other departments



  • Processing complaints



  • Processing exchanges/return



  • Chasing outstanding payments and taking payments over the phone



  • Opening new accounts



  • Taking information from customers and entering it on a database



  • Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one

Hours

Monday to Friday

Full time 8.30am - 5pm

Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
