As Contact Centre Services employee, you will be responsible for logging all leads received via the web site, portals and Live Chat systems. All leads received, via whatever method, must followed up in line with internal processes.
You will provide exceptional levels of customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times.
There are KPI incentives formed through call capture and lead generation and the role is heavily reliant on accurate data entry.
You will need to keep and update reports of successes for review of personal KPIs, these to include CRM monthly reporting, spreadsheet management, both personal lead generation and project campaigns.
Full in-house training is provided to maximise opportunities.
The working hours for this role are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9 - 6pm (No Wednesday) and a Saturday 9am - 3pm.
You will be offered a basic salary of £16,500 plus incentives and additional company benefits.
