ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FULL TIME CONTACT CENTRE WORK IN CWMBRAN??

Do you have Excellent Administration and Customer Service skills and looking for a long term temporary role within a contact centre environment

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Customer Service Advisors in a busy government contact centre in Cwmbran

FULL TIME POSTS ARE - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Free Parking
Close to local bus routes

Dealing with calls from members of the public, relating to Court Issued fines
Setting up payment plans or taking full payment
Dealing with all administration that is involved (Including court date letters etc)

You will need:

Previous Customer Service Experience in a busy and challenging environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
The ability to quickly lean new systems
Team Work Skills
Excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with all types of people and queries

Hourly Pay £9.45
